BG is situated in Upper Southampton Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, on Street Road (Pa. 132) at Gravel Hill Road. It consists of approximately 75 homesteads on 240 acres. Most community activities are held at the Community Center on Meadow Road.
The best day to visit Bryn Gweled is the day on which the homestead meeting is held, usually the first Saturday of the month. The day’s activities begin at 9 am with members gathering at the Community Center to participate in community projects. A covered dish supper at 6:00 pm is followed by the membership business meeting at 7:30, at which the public is welcome except for an occasional short closed portion of the meeting.

Directions
From the east, including New Jersey and the Northeast Corridor, take the PA Turnpike west to Philadelphia (US1), Exit 28. Go south on US1 and almost immediately take the ramp to PA132, Street Road west. Go about 3mi. to a railroad underpass with traffic lights on either side. The last right in this complex intersection is Stump Road. Turn right and go about 1/4 mi. to Meadow Road at the bottom of the hill with the Bryn Gweled sign on the corner. Turn left and go about 100 yds. You will pass the swimming pool and Community Center on your right. Park in the stoned parking area and walk to the Community Center.
From Philadelphia and points south, take I95 north to PA63, Woodhaven Road.Go west about 3 mi. to US1, Roosevelt Blvd. Go north about 2 mi to PA132,Street Road. Go west about 3mi. to a railroad underpass with traffic lights on either side. The last right in this complex intersection is Stump Road. From northwest Philadelphia, take Washington Lane to PA611, Old York Road. Turn left and go about 1 mi. to the Noble SEPTA station. Turn right on The Fairway which becomes Valley Road. Go about 3mi. to PA63, Old Welsh Road. Turn right and go about 3/4 mi. to PA232, Huntingdon Pike. Turn left and go about 3 mi. to County Line Road. Continue and go over 2 bridges, about 1/4 mi. to Industrial Blvd. Turn right and go about * mi to a stop sign at Gravel Hill Road. Turn left and go about 1/4 mi. to PA132, Street Road. Turn right and go about 1/2 mi. to Stump Road, at the traffic light. Turn left and go about 1/4 mi. to Meadow Road at the bottom of the hill with the Bryn Gweled sign on the corner. Turn left and go about 100 yds. You will pass the swimming pool and Community Center on your right. Park in the stoned parking area and walk to the Community Center.
From central Bucks County, take Bristol Road east to where Bustleton Pike comes in from the left in Churchville and follows Bristol Road for about 1/4 mi. At the next traffic light Bustleton goes right. Follow it and go about 1/8 mi. to a "Y" with a Bryn Gweled sign in the middle. Bear right on Gravel Hill Road (Bustleton goes left). Cross a stone bridge and at the top of the hill turn left into BG on Winding Road. Follow Winding Road to the circle, go half way around and continue on Winding to a "T" at Meadow Road. Make a left and proceed about 3/8 mi. to a stoned parking area on your left. Park and walk to the Community Center.
Unfortunately BG is not served by public transit. To come by train, take the SEPTA R-3 West Trenton line to Somerton (3 miles from Bryn Gweled) and let us know when you will be arriving. We will arrange to have someone pick you up.
